Thomas Sabo #TogetherInDublin Dinner

This week I had the pleasure of attending the Thomas Sabo #TogetherInDublin dinner. It was an intimate dinner in Dublin in a chic new bistro restaurant. A place that gave a perfect vibe with a selection of bloggers and industry friends there to check out just some of Thomas Sabo’s A/W collections. I shot this outfit I was wearing on the night prior to heading to the event. It was the hottest day in Dublin so far this year so a dress was definitely in order and as the lighting was so perfect we had to take advantage of it to show some of the new Thomas Sabo pieces I was wearing to the event.

Over their past few collections Thomas Sabo has very much encompassed sentiment into their brand, and this seasons collection is very much in keeping with that, inspired by the word “Together” a story of both love and friendship.

Throughout their various ranges you will still find Love Bridge, Karma Beads and their sterling silver pieces. For today I wore some items from their new Triangle Diamonds collection as well as the Glam & Soul range mixed in for more of a stronger meaning. Both the necklace and one of the bracelets are in fact the sign of the Egyptian scarab beetle and symbol of the rising sun. It’s an abstract design which is a symbol of eternity, positive life energy, protection and focussing on the important things.

The bracelet and ring combination is from the Glam & Soul Triangle collection which is perfect on its own or layered as seen above with other bracelets and ring combinations from the same family.

Thomas Sabo Creative Director Susanne Kölbli on the inspiration: “Items of jewellery represent the most intimate, human feelings: it is love, personal happiness and those special moments in life that we find reflected in an item of jewellery, wishing to wear them very close to us.” There are a number of designs throughout their new collection which has a lot of meaning or you have the opportunity like in the previous collections to customise a message for someone special as you please.

More new pieces from the Thomas Sabo collection

On the night Thomas Sabo and team arranged for a live poet, Stephen Claire, to be there who created bespoke poems for each individual. It was something I had certainly not come across before. Stephen would speak with you briefly then created the most stunning personal poem. It was really beautiful and a lovely souvenir to come away with following such a perfect evening.
