Day 3 of London Fashion Week incorporated some serious designer favorites from Mulberry to Mary Katrantzou and Charlotte Olympia. The shows were spaced out between the day which meant I could do a few pit stops to see some up and coming designers, squeeze in some backstage and get some hair and makeup with the Makeup Plus app crew who were acting as mini glam squads for bloggers across Fashion Week.
For the day, I opted for this deep purple / bold blue dress ( it changes shade in certain lights) with long sleeves. It's ones of those styles that literally any body shape can wear but what was key was how structured the shoulders and bust area is so you don't have that swamped look. You can easily add tights or leather look jeans to this too for more of a day to night effect. As it was quite mild that day I layered a Chanel inspired blazer with oversized gold buttons which looked quite smart either over the shoulder or worn properly. The shoes are quirky but practical in a sense that they will work with jazz up more simple items in your wardrobe from jeans to a classic dress.
