The Party Season Outfit Under €100

With just a week to go until Christmas, todays blog post is perfect timing for some party season inspiration. Christmas is without a doubt an expensive time for everyone, presents to buy, nights out, Christmas weddings, the works. So today I've teamed up with Primark to put together a full party season look, however, I wanted to set myself the challenge of finding a full look (including a coat) all under €100. I'm the typical Primark girl who goes in for ONE thing and comes out with about ten random things so I wasn't sure if I'd meet my own challenge hopes!

A coat was the first must have on my list because around this time of the year I love outerwear that has more of a glam feel to it. I always find it works as a safety net for pretty much any outfit around party season. So when I spotted this cream wrap coat it was definitely blending both practicality with what I was looking for. It has great structure and smart lapels around the neckline and would work for various body types. It comes as seen above however I came across this faux fur shrug you can buy separately which gave it that extra cosy feel and more options to go for simple and structured or a full festive ensemble as seen below.

The Party Dress

Velvet dresses can be off putting for a lot of people with curves but it's very much about getting the right shape and cut for you. For me I find A-line cuts and wrap styles work the best. I went up one size in this dress for the bust area ( size ranges from size 6- 20) but alternatively if you tend to wear satin or lace cami tops underneath V cut styles anyway, then pick up your usual size. As its a midnight navy blue I thought it was a nice alternative to all the red I've been wearing lately but still with that party season feel.  I loved the fact that with this wrap style you can define your waistline as much as you please and the tie detail can be wrapped in either a large or small bow for an added effect. It's just one of those great "all rounder" party season choices for those who might have a long day ahead of them and want to have comfort but still feel fabulous. You can pair this with black tights and boots as another option and for €18 it was definitely a great find.

For accessory choices, it had to be all about that festive feeling because sequins and glitter combos will glam up anything in your wardrobe. The shoes are a particular statement on their own from the Primark Limited Edition range; designer inspired with a Minnie Mouse twist!  They have a slight platform on the front so they're quite comfortable for sensitive feet gals too! My full price list of everything from today is below and I'm very happy to report this entire look came in at €99.50!  ( Under the €100 by the skin of my teeth!!).

  2. Omg, love that coat!

  3. Nice setup with really a classy look. Some time ago I was looking for such an event too, which will be in my budget and the one that is appreciated by all. During my search I found these event halls for rent and got fully satisfied and I am very much impressed by their settings and helping environment.

  4. You are beautiful. Good to have ever. Your partner will probably look handsome.
