Milan Fashion Week Day 1

Yesterday was all about hitting the ground running. I had a 15 minute window of time between dropping my bags at the hotel and getting to a fashion show, so I knew I had to pack something that was completely crease proof!  This Chanel inspired coordinates look worked so perfectly and if you’re a fan of tweeds and boucle textures you’ll be happy to know you won’t need an iron! You can mix and match both pieces easily with dresses or jeans and as these textures are a huge trend for this year and Spring Summer it was a perfect combination to bring to Fashion Week. With coordinate sets like this I know certain styles can age a person if you put the wrong pieces together, so opting for something like a casual t-shirt will instantly give it that edge. Brands doing this style extremely well at the moment would be Marks And Spencer, River Island and Eloquii who have good size options and seem to be releasing lots of variations of these styles in longline blazers, jackets, bags and dresses.
