The party season is arriving!!

 

So its that time of year again with the party season quickly on its way. For a lot of us women this means endless cups of tea, countless texts to our best friends as we panic over what to wear to the work Christmas party. Do not fear, as I have scoured the high street to the .coms to find something perfect for my readers under €50/£50 . My outfit choice for this blog post was thus, a combination of Christmas party spirit, LBD reliability and of course bank account friendly.  🙂

I was very fortunate to come across this Ax Paris Curve dress which comes in black, red or white. I liked the style, semi fitted with a slit across the front which breaks up the black. The collar area is covered in a variety of good quality black jewels which really added to the dress, making it look more than the purchase price. I’m wearing a size 16 in the photo, although I found it a tiny bit loose in certain areas, the overall comfort factor made up for it! The detail on the dress means little accessorising needs to be done. I paired the dress with a diamante and black stone cuff from H&M, a black and silver box clutch from Next and black Primark court heels with tiny black stone detail to match the dress. Alternatively red heels and a red clutch would also look great too.
