Image copyright of Freya I’m slowly getting back into my fitness routine but it has taken me a while following all the Christmas indulging. Oops! I’ve been trying to get myself motivated and I couldn’t think of a better way than buying myself some new sportswear pieces for the gym. The way I look at it is if you feel good in what you’re wearing you will be more enticed to do a workout.:) My first item on the list was a new sports bra. I picked up a great one in Marks & Spencer recently, as I heard they had a good selection of sportswear in this season.Other great sports bras I would definitely recommend would be Shock Absorber (sizes A-F cup) and Freya (32D – 38GG cup) who both give great support, are shock resistant and reduce breast pain that a lot of woman can experience during exercise. When it comes to sportswear clothing, it seems to be easy to buy for sizes 6-16 but quite difficult when you go past a size 16. A number of people have emailed me recently looking for information on workout clothing. I actually found a list of stores that you wouldn’t think of necessarily for sportswear but in fact that provide a good selection in sizes from a 6 -24 and upwards.
